What Do We Cover

The Hypnobirthing Australia program is a modern, up-to-date, child birth education course that advocates for natural birthing by preparing you with the knowledge, confidence and tools you'll need to birth calmly, regardless of how your baby enters the world. It is inclusive of vaginal, cesarean birth, home birth, hospital or water birth. You will get to cover audio, visual and practical content to help you feel prepared and excited for your special day.
